BRANDON RODGERS

Managing Director, SIOR, CCIM

Brandon Rodgers formed Torch Properties in 2019 to build and manage an investment property portfolio in order to create income and wealth for his investors. In 2021 the company expanded to include a brokerage division, BRD Realty.  Brandon  is a native Tucsonan with a family background in commercial real estate, and has been active in the commercial real estate field since 2004.  

​Prior to forming Torch Properties, Brandon spent close to 10 years as a Principal and agent with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, and before that 5 years as an agent with CBRE, both in the Tucson, AZ market.  Brandon's brokerage career yielded deep relationships within the Tucson commercial real estate community, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the Tucson industrial market.

EILEEN LEWIS

Director of Property Management, BOMA Fellow, RPA, FMA

Eileen Lewis joined Torch Properties in 2021 as Director of Property Management.  A long-time Tucsonan, Eileen has over thirty years of commercial property management experience in the Tucson market.  She has managed property portfolios for a large regional industrial property owner, as well as third party management for industrial, business park, office and retail properties.  Over her career, Eileen has managed for banks, insurance companies and REIT’s in addition to individual local and national property owners.  Eileen is active in Building Owners and Managers Assoc. (BOMA) and CCIM, and is a past president of CREW Tucson (Commercial Real Estate Women).  She has achieved the distinction as a BOMA Fellow for BOMA International and has earned designations for Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA).

MAX FISHER

Director of Sales and Leasing

Max Fisher joined BRD Realty in 2021 as the Director of Sales and Leasing.   In this capacity, Max serves clients across the Tucson market while also handling the leasing requirements within the Torch Properties' portfolio.  He specializes in the leasing and sale of industrial and business park properties, including flex/research and development, warehouse and distribution, and manufacturing space. As a native Tucsonan, Max inherently understands what makes the community thrive. He has been active in the Tucson real estate market since 2012, and his strong community ties and industrial focus make him a standout in the commercial/industrial arena.  

Max has consistently closed over 75+ transactions per year for the past 4 years, and is counted among the brokerage leaders in the Tucson industrial market.

CHRISTIANE DELA CRUZ

Administrative Assistant

Christiane has been with Torch Properties since 2020.  Christiane expertly handles many important administrative tasks within Torch Properties, including tenant and vendor interactions and various bookkeeping responsibilities.  Christiane brings with him a wealth of experience in customer support roles, both within and without the Real Estate industry.

GARY COOLEY

Maintenance Technician

Gary joined Torch properties in 2022, bringing with him a wealth of experience and knowledge.  Gary's background includes facility maintenance, project superintendent, and construction experience.  Gary's role at Torch Properties is as a "hands-on" maintenance and repair technician for the portfolio.
